As for construction, the walls are pretty thin, so unless you live on the top floor, you will hear your neighbours. Other than that, great apartments

submitted by Aurore M. - |Recommended: NoIt's Ok — It is ok. Not a fan of it. I have been living here for 2.5 years and it has kind of went down hill since I have been here. We had a HUGE trash bin that has been out of order for a while. It got replaced with smaller trash bins, but when they get too full, they overflow and looks dirty. Neighbors not picking up after their pets. Odd smells in the area. Raccoons EVERYWHERE I even found one on my balcony. For the amount of money that is being paid per month, I am not too impressed, but I guess you get what you pay for. Every time it rains, the roof ceiling in the building leaks really badly, but instead of replacing it, they just use a trash bin to collect the rain. The floor becomes wet and the building is humid. The insulation of the building apartment is terrible. It is either super cold freezing or hot burning on the third floor. I asked to move to another 2bedroom 2bathroom to accommodate my mother who would be visiting from France, but I was told that I could not do a lateral move, I either had to downgrade to 2bd 1ba or 3bd 2ba... not what I wanted.

submitted by Tanisha D. - |Recommended: YesGood But Needs Improvement — Arcadian is a very nice and diverse community to live in with a lot of attractions,amenities and resources nearby.Property definitely needs some improving on parking situation and security of buildings .Maintenance crew very nice but either over worked and under payed or unappreciated so their efforts are greatly noticed on no motivation to complete requests . Leasing agents are awesome and family friendly , general manager not friendly at ALL.

submitted by Nikisha W. - |Recommended: NoDisappointed — I have been having continuous issues with my neighbors below me weed smoking, buzzing other people's doors to let them in the building and placing items in the door so that their friends can enter, leaving trash in the hallways, having people hanging out in the hallway, and making noise all hours of the night . I have been reporting these issues to the rental office, and nothing has been resolved. I have been having this issue for the past 6-7 months.

submitted by Jerr D. - |Recommended: NoHoping The Third Time Is A Charm.... — Unfortunately, I would hesitate when referring someone to this property. When we first moved to Arcadian, 4 years ago under a different name , this was a pretty comfortable place to live. But as time went on the attention to luxury living has steadily declined. From the constant traffic at the gazebo with people using it as their personal weed smoke shop and pubic sex romper room this is definitely problematic. And it seems that the car stereo concert series has added dates, because almost every weekend I have to listen to someone's loud music coming from their vehicle parked near the gazebo. When we first moved here the gazebo was clean and a great place to enjoy the foliage and nature views. As for the parking for some reason this has become an issue for the past 2 years. Also, it seems like the verification process for residents seems to be lacking. As in recent years, new residents that have come in our building are extremely inconsiderate to the fact that this is supposed to be luxury living and not the the Good Times projects. I have experienced everything from my neighbors cooking on the patio causing their food smells to invade my space , to the security locked door being destroyed on a constant basis and dog feces openly displayed on the sidewalk outside of the building door. When it comes to the office staff there is one person that has constantly been nice and accomendating, Treslyn forgive me for the spelling . We are currently working toward saving money to become homeowners so we chose to stay in this community. This will be the third management company that has taken over this property and I'm hoping that the third time is a charm and the luxury style living that is being advertised will be restored.

It Is Too Far From My Apartment And I Always Have To Drive To Discard My Trash. — Great. Nice and quite. I like that there are no parking issues for myself or my guests. Would suggest adding more trash collection areas.
