Maintenance office staff are excellent, ground are well kept. However the morning cleaning of building is not as it use to be. New folks in building and they can be a little messy, we need vacuum a more often

submitted by Destiny D. - |Recommended: YesI Love The New Management Company For The Arcadian's — I would say that I love the Arcadian's front office staff. Both Tresling and Keith are amazing at what they do, and I believe they deserve raises and bonuses I met Tresling a few years ago when I first visited the Arcadians. At that time I was living at Aston Woods Apartments. Because of my interaction with Tresling at that time one on one, it made me want to come back, and now I'm proud to say that I'm living here. When I call the front office staff, they're very courteous, professional, understanding, and easy going. I love the improvements that have been made thus far with this property. I love the amenities that the clubhouse has to offer. Especially the new add on's such as the computers that they have on sight for residents to use. The only thing that I have noticed while living here is that we do have trash and a recycling issue that tends to get out of hand weekly, but I don't think this is at any fault of the front office staff. I believe that once management figures out how best to address and or fix this problem I m sure I would rate this property at it's highest level. I also believe that if some of my neighbors would stop trashing and vandalizing the property, and embrace the changes that management is making I think this property by far would be the best in my community. However, the issues with the bldg. doors, buzzer and intercom have remained a problem. I hope the issues will be resolved soon. The Maintenance Team has been responsive, but the problem still remains. Overall, it's been a good stay I think regular reminders about people keeping their dogs on a leash and monitoring dog sizes and breeds is also very important. Thanks

submitted by Toni - |Recommended: NoWalls And Floors Are Very Thin — Staff is nice, and the amenities are okay. The dog park is terribly dirty and needs maintenance. The buildings were built over decades ago, and the foundation of each apt has not been reinforced. The indoor apartment noise in between floors is very loud. Loud enough to disturb your sleep. Floors and stairs squeak non-stop because they aren't replacing nails and wood in the subfloor. New carpeting does not help. This can cause issues amongst neighbors, but it's a maintenance issue.
