|Recommended: YesI Love It Here — Moved few weeks ago and I love my apt so big and really nice, from the living room, kitchen and the rooms are twice bigger than my old one and with kids having their own walk in closet that was a dream - All the staff were super helpful especially ZARA who explained the process throughout
Maint was very nice and attentive, I work from home so having a peaceful home during the day with just birds chiming is very nice

|Recommended: YesI love this place I actually moved into these apartments in June but wanted to wait a month or two before I wrote a review so see if my feelings would change, but they haven't. It's peaceful, I've never really had a problem finding parking, family-friendly, and close to several highways. I really have nothing bad to say and it's not because I live here. I really love the ticket system for the pool. Even during these trying times- Covid19.. our community still keeps us super safe with Mask policies Ticket systems, etc.. I also appreciate the monthly newsletters with activities to keep our little ones busy while indoors. along with the emails that provide numbers and places that offer help to people in need during these times. Not too many places do that and I notice and appreciate it. Even though I may not need the help it feels good to pass that kind of information along. I would like to say thank you so much to Ashley, Keith, and Courtney for making my move easy

|Recommended: YesOverall A Good Place To Live — Enjoyed my 10 months with Arcadian. The apartment was in good shape when we moved in. As the months went by there were issues that needed to be addressed but the maintenance staff responded quickly and fixed them all.
We were fortunate to have good neighbors around us. Only one particular apartment would be noisy during late hours on occasion but no serious problems.
Parking could be better. I worked late hours so coming home around weekend days I was never able to get a parking spot close to my building.
For the most part, the property staff was very helpful. One staff member can be short with you when trying to figure things out, but all questions and issues were addressed and solved.
Overall, Arcadian Apartments was a good stepping stone to moving into a permanent home. The price is reasonable compared to other properties around them. The property is in a nice secluded area. Very pet friendly with a dog park and cleanup stations. The location makes it perfect for commutes to DC or Baltimore easy and in good time.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location With Great Staff — Overall, this is a nice place to live. Not too busy with plenty of parking and easy access to 95. The staff is excellent and maintenance requests are always addressed very quickly. Our only concern was that noise from the people walking in the apartment above us can be a nuisance.
