Contractors also leave trash outside the building or throw things in the woods. — They can do a lot more in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of landscaping and woods.

I had planned to move to another part of the area, but all things considered, It was best to stay where I am. I love my community and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have ZERO complaints about them. I have been recommending Arcadian to friends and co-workers as a great place to live. I find this community very safe, and the grounds are well kept.

submitted by Ana C. - |Recommended: YesProblems with heating — The main reason we decided not to renew our contract after only one year living here was the bad insulation of the apartment. The doors from the master bedroom and from the living room to the balcony have visible slits, and in the winter we get VERY cold here, even with the heating turned on all the time. And when we contacted maintenance to correct the problem, they told us that nothing could be done, and that if we wanted we should put a tape on the doors to cover the cracks.

The entire staff has been nothing less than noble and has provided nothing but top notch customer service. Manager, Assistant Manger, Assistant to the assistant, part time, etc... It's an experience, and you will enjoy working with and along side this staff

submitted by Amalissa B. - |Recommended: YesGreat and quiet location — It's a nice environment. There are events organized by the staff, which gives you an opportunity to meet your neighbors. Very dog friendly. Our apartment is spacious and beautiful. there's a pool. It's a great location near the highways , as well as shopping places. If you live on the first floor be prepared to see a lot of insects. Other than that no complaints. The maintenance people are helpful and they do what is need to be done. Sometimes it takes a while to get to our apartment, due to the fact that there are a lot of apartments. Overall great place, I would definitely recommend.

submitted by Arcadian R. - |Recommended: NoBe warned, don't move here — This apartment complex seems nice, but is highly overrated. The gym is small with old equipment, and the grounds are terrible The pool has swimming lanes but the rules are not enforced. The trash recycling are always full look HORRENDOUS. While living here for 1.5 years I have submitted almost one work order every month due to something going wrong. In fact, I submitted a work order for the SAME issue 3 times it still hasn't been properly fixed. The model apartment they show prospective tenants looks very nice. It is clean well maintained. Don't be fooled by that though. The actual apartment you move into may have many things wrong. When I moved into my apartment there were large scratches on the kitchen counter tops. When I asked that they be replaced, the staff which is mediocre at best said it was part of the normal wear tear so their quick fix was to color over the scratches with a sharpie marker. The list of negatives goes on on with this place so watch out.

submitted by Donald G. - |Recommended: YesNice Neighborhood — It's a relatively quiet area with all the basic amenities pool, gym etc . The service staff is good but they are always looking for ways to improve. The maintenance folks are PROMPT and the ticketing system they use is great. Almost all my issues were resolved within a day usually before I even get home . My only complaint would be that some of the big-ticket items are older and are less energy efficient like HVAC, stove, and fridge .

submitted by Emmanuel E. - |Recommended: NoCan be a better place to live — After living in this complex for almost 4 years, I have had to literally beg to get my carpets cleaned let alone replaced after having several occurrences of flood from my washer, and water heater consecutively. You will pay with your teeth for blinds that are bound to break after so long . our basket ball court is not well maintained. Paid parking here is a joke, with no special consideration for rent paying tenants The list goes on and on and on. None of my friends who moved out miss this place, and I will soon do the same.
